There is a NO REFUND policy.

However we understand online ordering can be a hassle. So we offer store credit for returns. To qualify for store credit, item must be return within 5 days of delivery, item can NOT of been worn and tags are still attached. Please understand that fashion pieces can be a hot item, and someone else may want to enjoy the piece. So we always want to keep our pieces in good quality!

Returning your item, make sure you have a tracking number that has been emailed to the store, with your original order information, so that we can help you the best we can. Make sure to contact us before shipping back.

Please allow 7-10 business days to process return.

We have every right to refuse to give store credit.
